Registration & Policies:

• Payment is due upon registration.
• Registration is available online, in person, by mail, phone or fax with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or cash (please do not send cash in the mail).
• Tuition refunds will be issued before the second class meeting, minus a $25 withdrawal fee.
• For all workshops, Dallas Darkroom classes and Bowman Hot Glass classes, the student must withdraw ten business days prior to start of the class or workshop to receive a refund, minus a $25 withdrawal fee.
• In order to keep class costs low for all, we make no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
• Refunds and makeup classes will not be provided due to student illness, unexpected travel or reasons not the responsibility of the faculty or the Creative Arts Center.
• No refunds will be given for lab or membership fees.
• Students ages 15 - 17 must have parental permissions.
• Use of studios solely for commercial production work is discouraged.
• Membership is non-refundable.
• The Creative Arts Center reserves the right to refuse enrollment to individuals with a history of unacceptable behavior.
