STEVE ARMES
Steve Armes is a classically trained artist who teaches and practices the academic approach to drawing and painting. He earned a BA degree from San Jose State University under Maynard D. Stewart, who studied with Frank Vincent DuMond at The Art Students League. Mr. DuMond was trained in Paris in the 19th century. Steve is lifelong professional artist who is currently represented in five galleries. He was featured on the cover of American Artist Magazine in 2008. LYNN ARMSTRONG
Lynn Wilkes Armstrong is a Dallas native and a 1977 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in 1977. She received her BFA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1981 with a concentration in ceramics and painting. DEB BAKER

KATHERINE BARONET
is a Dallas painter and graphic designer most notably known for her Pink Alien series and other whimsical work. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she received her BA in Graphic Design from East Texas State University with a minor in Fine Arts. She has had a number of one person shows including Shamrock Studio, Cedar Arts Gallery, 2520 Fairmont and The Boyd Gallery. Last year Katherine was selected for the D Magazine Art Slam at F.I.G. AWADH BARYOUM
received his Master of Fine Arts degree in Painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 1997, and he has exhibited nationally and internationally. He was featured in Art Educates the World, an international art exhibition and auction at Sotheby’s New York in 2002 with Louise Bourgeois, Dale Chihuly, Chuck Close, Philip Glass, Wolf Kahn, Philip Pearlstein, Richard Serra, Frank Stella and other Fulbright recipient artists. EMMA BIGGS
is British mosaic artist and author. Her recent work includes Made in England, an internationally known, museum-based mosaic work. In addition to mosaic, she makes paintings with her husband, the arts broadcaster Matthew Colings. has great passion for his art. Accomplished in clay, stone and wood carving, Tomas’ 30 years professional experience has made him one of the area’s leading sculptors in the fields of fine and decorative arts. He also recently completed The Vaquerro with artist David Newton, which will be exhibited in the Stockyards in Fort Worth when it returns from the foundry.

ANNIE CHRIETZBERG
Annie Chrietzberg is a ceramist, writer and adventurer. Recently relocating to Dallas from Denver, Annie has spent her years away leading a rich life, and she deconstructs and blends her experiences and stories into her work. She handbuilds functional pots from textured slabs and thrown elements, and makes table top characters that incite otherwise upstanding adults to play. She encourages her students to tell their own stories and teaches them a vast array of techniques in order to bring each individual’s creative vision into focus. RENUKA EKBOTE
Originally from India, Renuka came to US to pursue her masters degree in Fine arts from SMU Dallas. She was on full scholarship from Inlaks Foundation, India as well as held a SMU artistic scholarship for her graduate studies. Her works are hybrid of sculpture, drawing and print making. She has worked in ceramic, bronze, wood and likes to find new possibilities in each of these media. SUSAN GILLER
is an artist who loves many disciplines of art. Having devoted many years to figure drawing and clay sculpture, she feels a close connection with the importance of self discovery in art making. Her first professional job in art was as a tapestry weaver with Scheur Tapestry Studio in Manhattan. There she made corporate tapestries for IBM, RJR Nabisco, Lakewood Wineries as well as private collectors. Her love of drawing developed during this time having the experience of attending the Art Students League, The School of Art and Design and Parsons School of Design, taking many drawing classes. In addition to teaching drawing and clay with the different schools in the area, she has worked with children and seniors on large scale mural installations.
